Iro Royal Villa

This was an amazing villa. It is up in the mountains a bit so you need a car but we knew this. Its very quick to drive to the next town and there is a lovely taverna less than 5 minutes walk down the hill.
The villa has everything you need. It was very clean and the pool area was very well maintained. Great BBQ section also with tools etc for a BBQ. We also made use of the table tennis area when we had a few days of rain. Fantastic view from the villa too.
We were very kindly given a little gift when we left also that had some olive oil, raki and honey (all small enough to be taken on the plane).
The villa and the management company were excellent and we would absolutely recommend going forwards.

The house was even better than in the photos. Our stay was amazing. The villa is beautiful, very well maintained and super clean. Babis welcomed us wonderfully, he was super friendly and communicative and gave us many great recommendations of places to visit. He really took the time to make sure we had a perfect stay. When we arrived the fridge and kitchen were already stocked with things prepared for us which was such a thoughtful touch. When we left we even received some lovely local treats as gifts. The view from the villa is incredible, the pool is fantastic and the barbecue area is beautifully done. The location is also great and makes it very easy to get around and explore Crete. Everything was just perfect and I wish I could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone

The villa was fantastic! Would visit again anytime. The host did his job very well and everything worked perfectly.

Great property and great hosts !

Stayed for 5 nights in July. Car is essential but lovely views of the coast and white mountains. Villa is impressive and would highly recommend. Outside seating is great. Table tennis and new pool table a great addition. Check in and out easy so can’t provide any negatives.

Villa was great and outdoor space was perfect for us. Great location for visiting Western Crete as well as a short walk to the lovely local restaurant in Polemarchi. We would thoroughly recommend this villa and the team at Posarelli who helped make it a memorable holiday.

We were very pleased about our stay in Iro Royal Villa. It was super clean and beautifully decorated on the inside and a wonderful pool area and breathtaking views on the outside. It's a bit windy because it's higher up on the mountainside and you will need a car. Supermarkets and restaurants are all within 10 min. drive. There was a nice welcome basket with different foods and drinks. The hosts were very nice and helpful and very responsive. We really highly recommend this place. It's truly a beautiful villa.

What an amazing time we had here. This villa is great for a small group of friends or family. Wonderful scenery around us. we really enjoyed the pool and being outdoors. the rooms were a good size. Great amenities on site. Our host Bebis was incredibly helpful and so polite. He was very accommodating. He gave us many recommendations and what to beware of. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would definitely visit again. One of the best villas you could stay in. I would 100% recommend

This was a long awaited family holiday for us and it couldn’t have been any better. The villa was absolutely stunning with amazing views, especially for the sunset. Our host was exceptional and gave us a fantastic head start with pins for locally attractions and restaurants. The villa was so clean and just gorgeous, with everything you would ever need to hand. Beautiful outdoor cooking area which became a favourite spot of ours. We loved reading the guest book where not a bad word was said. Wonderful villa, wonderful views and a wonderful host. Thank you for such a beautiful week with my family The only downside was only booking a week!

Had a fabulous holiday. Both Posarelli, prior to holiday, and Babis, during the holiday, were most helpful and timely with communication. Need a car for location. Location of villa fantastic for visiting nearby beaches and tavernas. A/C excellent. Indoor and outdoor facilities top notch (please note that showers are fully functioning but perhaps a tad dated). Outdoor kitchen much loved. Beds and pillows very comfortable.

Really nice villa , spotless and perfectly kept.Very spacious outdoor area furnished with sunbeds , umbrellas and lovely bbq area.

The villa and service provided was outstanding. The Villa itself is spotless and all items are to the highest standard. The villa has the feel of a 5 Star London Hotel in design and decor with highly polished marble floor, a beautiful staircase and quality at every turn.

The kitchen is well stocked and the welcome basket and selection of wines was a very nice touch.

The views from the Villa are beyond expectations and the photos on line cannot do it justice. They are breathtaking and we found ourselves wondering why go out at all, when the villa, pool and views were so perfect.

The service provided by Stella and Babis was amazing and many thanks to them personally.

The villa is more remote so do expect to drive for everything, but for us that is what we want, to get away and be in our own perfect bubble and this villa is perfect for that.
