Amazing, clean, tidy and excellent lay out. Just like being at home. Everything has been thought about. The standard of the building, the decor and the location were ideal. Great location and fabulous local restaurants highly recommend Elpis, Emerald & Aqua Seaview. We all enjoyed the local Waterpark and visiting Kourna Lake. Such a lovely chilled 10 days we hope to return! Local taxi firms were easy to deal with, the walk to and from the beach was fine, our host was responsive and communicative throughout our stay if we needed anything.

Great accomodation and location, minutes walk from village restaurants and 15mins from beach (steep hill) and more restaurants.

Beautiful villa in a fantastic location. Everything was to a high standard which made a sensational family holiday with amazing memories made.

Walking to a number of brilliant restaurants in Plaka - Takis was a firm favourite. Only a 20min walk down to more bars/restaurants and the beach and a lovely 50min walk to Kalyves. Taxi’s readily available for the trip back.

2 supermarkets in walkable distance which was a godsend at times.

Villa Paul is a fabulous villa. It's so well presented, comfortable and with three bedrooms that are all of the highest standard. The living area is first class and the outside area is heavenly.

Great villa. The location was beautiful, within easy walking distance to Almyrida for a day out but not busy. It was perfect for a group of four to get away for a week and relax a bit. Inside, the decor was spectacular and the finish felt very high end. The kitchen was well equipped and had more gadgets than we needed. Leo & Michaelis were very friendly and attentive, with seamless check-in and out. Overall we’ve had a great time and will probably book again! Highly recommend.

The villa is absolutely phenomenal and suited our needs perfectly. The decor and finishings are luxurious, the setting with the view of the snow-capped mountains one side and the sea the other, was so stunning I could not get enough of it. So many places outside to sit we barely needed to move the sunbeds to follow the sun. The pool was perfect except a little chilly (but it was only april), we had fabulous weather so everyone did brave it at some point to cool off, the water feature was superbly relaxing. The beds were super comfy and it was lovely and dark to sleep. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and the welcome pack was a real treat to kick start our short stay. The owners/Michali had thought of everything. The villa is just a shrt walk from a superb supermarket and two fabulous restaurants, we ate at Elpis twice and both times super happy. The walk down to the beach was easy and only about 20 minutes although we taxi'd back as it is quite steep.

Beautiful villa in a lovely location. Everything pretty much on your door step. A few minutes walk to restaurants and local shops. High quality finishing though out the villa, with comfortable beds. Private park was more than ample for 2 cars. Michalis was very friendly and a great help with local and a bit further away recommendations of things to see and do. Had a great holiday and would stay here again.

The villa is a dream! The whole complex is beautiful. The villa is very modern with beautiful rooms. The villa has a great pool with lots of sunbeds. The villa also has a barbecue. We spent wonderful evenings on the terrace. You can't get enough of the fantastic view of the villa. Everything looks like the photos, if not even more beautiful. The owners are also super friendly and lovely. We felt at home from the very first second. We were recommended great restaurants and places for which we are very grateful. We could contact them at any time if we had any questions. Many thanks again at this point! We are so happy to have found this villa.
