Villa Silentium Evilia

The villa was beautiful, in great condition, the view of the mountains from the pool was beautiful, and all amenities were in wonderful condition, but the main issue here is Maria the hostess, she and her husband were the friendliest most welcoming people ever, they brought us every day something to taste, an amazing orange cake and some other goodies, we asked Maria where we could buy some lamb chops and she just brought them in for us, upon our leaving she also brought us a farewell gift consisting of local specialities. I highly recommend staying in Maria's villas!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Selenium and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The villa was spotless, with spacious rooms that were fully air-conditioned and very comfortable. The pool was a real highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was also ideal, close to everything we needed, whilst still feeling peaceful and private. Maria was an amazing host, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even surprising us with delicious homemade orange cake, moussaka, and olive oil. She was responsive and attentive throughout the stay, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this villa! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location is ideal ,peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature. The villa itself is in impeccable condition modern, beautifully maintained, and very photogenic. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed cooking at home and having lovely barbecues in the evenings by the pool. Speaking of the pool it was crystal clear, odorless, and regularly cleaned and filtered. It truly felt like a luxury to swim there! The bed linens were perfect, and the beds incredibly comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised that there were hardly any mosquitoes, which made spending time outdoors even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Maria and her husband they are absolutely delightful! So warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. They run their family business to the very high standards and are true example of Greek’s hospitality. All my family very very happy! See you again

Wir haben uns in der noch sehr neuen Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt am Rande eines Bergdorfs, ruhig und fernab vom Massentourismus. Der Blick in die Berge war wunderschön. Maria, die Vermieterin, war immer als Ansprechpartner da, ist jeder Bitte nachgekommen. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über ein selbst gemachtes Mousakka und einen Organgenkuchen und den Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Danke für einen schönen Urlaub!

We arrived late in the evening. The host/Maria gave us a warm welcome and gave us info were we could go and have a bite. We also got a welcome pack. We stayed at Evilia for ten days. The house was perfect. A fabulous swimming pool. All you needed was in the house. Bbq, two terrace. Beds were perfect. The pool was cleaned a few times by the host during our stay. The house is about 20 minutes from main city by car. 10 minutes from beach. Bakery 5 min walk. You have different places to eat in the neighbourhood. Maria stayed in contact if we needed something. One evening she prepared us a home made mousaka, that was delicious.
It was a house with a view and very peacefull. We really enjoyed. Definite coming back.

The villa was very nice. Week spent there was a good vacation. The only problem was the drive from the gate to villa ... the road was very steep and our little Fiat 500 didnt have the power to get up the hill :) ... but that was the cars problem, not the villas.

Great house with modern style and so kind owners. Everything is finished with style all 3 bedrooms have comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms clean and stylish. Great kitchen and salon with barbecue garden. We spent there great holidays. Having our own fantastic pool and being only 10 min drive from the Episkopi beach. Maria the owner is so helpful and always available for any questions. Her hospitality was amazing we felt so good there. I highly recommend this place

The Villa was prefect, everything what you need in place to take a rest with family or friends. The hosts were wonderful as well, with small surprises ????. Location also prefect, 10min to beach with car, no any road noise or something like that. Just need to relax and enjoy mountain views...
