A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.

This was out of a movie! Very elegant property. Pool is wonderful. Would also highly recommend hiring Chef Francesco for an intimate dinner party. One minor consideration was the dimension of the entrance gate as we had a van.
