Hervorragende Lage, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten des Südostens Siziliens zu besuchen. Wunderschönes Anwesen inmitten einer großen Zitronenplantage. Die nahegelegene Autobahn störte nur anfangs. Äußerst großzügiges Wohnzimmer und Küche, sehr stil- und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Es macht Spaß hier selbst kochen und dabei die vom Vermieter geschenkten Zitronen zu verwenden. Gute Matratzen in allen Schlafzimmern. Sehr einfache und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Dazu sehr entgegenkommend und nett. Fotos entsprechen voll den Tatsachen. Internet funktionierte überall (auch draußen) problemlos. Ein wirklich tolles Ferienhaus, wenn man es ruhig und komfortabel mag.

We had a lovely stay and the owner was very helpful and friendly whenever we needed anything.

A beautiful villa set in the middle of tranquil lemon and olive farm. Lovely tree lined entrance behind electric gates. The interior was very grand and impressive plus spotlessly clean. The host ( Silvia ) was super friendly and efficient at answering any questions we had.

Beautiful pool area. Good location near beaches of Avola.

Wonderful house and property. Children friendly pool. Friendly host. There was A bit of «basement smell» downstairs, but We didn’t mind since We used the bedrooms on the Main floor. It took some days to get used to the traffic from the highway 200 meters away. In total: A pleasant stay, and good value for money (stayed in May).

Beautiful house and grounds. Initially thought it was a bit close to the main road, but literally didn’t think about it after day 1. Wonderful area, lots to do. House is very light and spacious and felt luxurious. Was sad to leave.

Whilst in Avola … only 10 minutes to Noto and that is a beautiful city full of good restaurants, and so we went there most nights. Nice to have your own oasis within a lemon orchard, and easy enough to jump on motorway for Ragusa or Syracuse.

This was a wonderful house. Good space, beautiful materials and decor. Everything we needed was there, such as hairdyer, iron, kitchenthings and so on. The pol was clean and had a perfect temperature and sice. Good beds.
The reason we give four stars is that some of the doorhandles were lose, the front door did not open all the way, the cleaning could be a little bit better and several drinkingglas had cracs on the top and too little hot water for six adults. All in all a wonderful hous. We can highly recommend it!!!

Beautiful, modern, spacious villa set amongst the citrus trees. The pool is lovely and big enough to relax and splash around in. Not a lot in the immediate vicinity but only 15 min drive from Noto.

A property in an excellent location surrounded by lemon trees. The road in the distance of 300 m does not bother at all.
The owner Mrs Silvia is extremely helpful, friendly and charming.

Thank you! We were so excited after just seeing the photos, but they just don't do it justice - the villa and the surroundings are BEAUTIFUL. Huge space, clean, tidy and well kept - we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Easy check-in/check-out and no issues at all. We'll be back! Thank you very much! We loved it.

La villa è meravigliosa, adorna e curata, completa di tutto. È stato un piacevole soggiorno, molto rilassante. Molto belli anche i dintorni della tenuta e la vista. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui.

Great villa - very stylish and Wonderfull pool

The villa is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. You are in the middle of an citrus plantage in a beautiful old house - great renovated with a lot of taste and sense for details. And of course a nice pool perfect sized.

We would re-go again anytime :-)

This was the perfect place to call home for the week. The villa is tucked away in a very calm, serene area and I immediately felt at home. Silvia was very accommodating and lovely to check in and out with.

We loved staying at this property, it was even better than the photos and our host Silvia was super lovely and efficient with anything we needed. We would highly recommend.
